This is the third time in ordering from Tea trove and I’ve enjoyed the chamomile tea. The second time I ordered again, it came with the filters taped around the packet of tea. I wrote to them about it and this third time I didn’t receive any filters which is how I’m supposed to drink the tea. I’m disappointed that the service is getting worse and worse.
