Although Kasuri methi is on the bitter side yet the aromas it fills in every bite of ones food is worth all the spices. Simple steps to make Aloo Methi: - In a kadai heat 1.25 tbsp oil add 3/4 tsp Ciba Cumin Seeds and let it crackle. Add 5 peeled and diced potatoes 1/2 tsp Ciba Turmeric Powder salt to taste and 1/2 cup of water. Cover and let it cook till potatoes become soft add 2 finely chopped tomatoes 1/4 tsp Ciba Chilli Powder 1 tsp Ciba Coriander Powder and 1 tsp Ciba Kasuri Methi let it cook for 5 min. Serve hot with chapatis/ paranthas.

Methi is considered good for health. But it is not available through out the year.I have use a few ciba product they are god.Methi is good too. People add methi usually in sabji for enhance taste and flavour.
