Last purchase of this item was excellent. However this time (may be due to monsoon effects) there was fine layer of dirt or micro-fungus on and inside chillis. Not happy with their current lot. Inconsistent quality. Not air tight packing.EDIT: Next purchase on 1-March-19, 1 Kg, by Seller: CloudTail India.This lot was excellent. Fresh, crisp, well dried.Hence, changing to 5 stars, from earlier 2 stars.
