Earlier it used to be really flakes I.e. thin slices, this time it was irregular bits of ginger. As i use for making tea this may not be useful

I bought this with high expectations for a quality product. Urban platter appeared to me to be a reputed Vendor. After using the product for a few days, I doubt whether the product is dried ginger. I feel the product is highly adulterated with scrap wood particles. I request Urban Platters to do a quality inspection on their sourced material. I would like to have reassurance from Urban Platters that the product they sold me is 100% dried ginger and can be safely consumed.
