For the first time I purchased Onion flakes in my life.I didn't know what its like the taste or smell at all.I wanted to use for salad but smell is like bleach... Like chemical.I thought it will be nice onion fragrance but doesn't have any good smell.But for making gravy it's ok.Makes thick.And later I purchased another company of onion powder... It is really great fragrance and there is no chemical smell at all.I think there is a process problem.Smell should be good to use for salad.
