Have been using this product for a while. Goofed up while ordering and sent the shipment to Himachal (my default address) while I was on vacation at home in Karnataka. Managed to cancel it, but in the hurry to replace my order so that it arrived before I left home, I made more mistakes and ended up with 15kg of this delicious salt. It came well packed and in mint condition and put a big smile on my face as I hate iodised table salt. Only issue is the price is a bit on the steeper side.Don't be put off by the hare brained reviews about insoluble particles or "sand" in the salt. This is a natural product and not a refined or man made product and like all natural products it will be "impure" in the sense that it will have other trace minerals mixed in which will not easily dissolve in water. I've never once got any insoluble particles in my cooked food. Putting a spoonful of salt in a glass of water and stirring it around to check for impurities will work only for commercial table salt.I can now use my favourite salt for curing meat or making pickles and fermenting veggies. Hope they keep up the quality. Extremely pleased with the product.
