Flavour was good... but the whole thing clumped up inside the plastic packaging and wasnt usable any longer. This was only after using it a few times... and yes, the cap was closed properly.

Even after adding a lot, it does not add required flavour to the food. I have used other powders that have imparted more flavour.

For next level flavor, you can try using fresh garlic, one issue I find is it feels already cooked (probably dehydrated at a high temperature), I don't think you even need to cook, saute etc. like regular garlic, it already seems cooked off(I think at cost of flavor..), maybe urban platter can try adding salt and also not dehydrate at high temperature.Update: After using garlic powder from other company, I think it's flavor is not that special, probably due to high heat dehydration and use of lesser quality garlic.
