I added this garlic powder in bread dough, and while there's noticeable garlic flavour while it is baked, there's hardly any flavour in the finished product. Also, it imparts an unnatural reddish color to the bread. Got similar behavior using it to make a sauce too.Overall, not at all happy with the product.

It serves the purpose when used in garnishing, but as soon as you add it to a curry - there is no to very little garlic flavour in the curry.Isn't hydrophilic, which is good - but clearly in spite of saying 100% garlic contains lots of flour of unknown originCan't complain for 300 odd Rupees is a good buy, But don't expect restaurant style flavour
