This is a Vegetarian product. Thyme is the dried leaves of Thymus vulgaris a small perennial of mint family. Dried and ground to be mixed with food.

Advantages
Thyme was okay and that's why 3stars otherwise it would be 1 for the rosemary. Really poor quality of the rosemary. Its just dried stems of the rosemary cut into needle shape to look like authentic rosemary leaves. No aroma and a very faint taste of rosemary. Eats like eating wood sticks.
