It is not a cinnamon powder no color, no smell and flavor, and when put in water small sticky lumps are forming. See the enclosed photos for comparision.I ordered in a hurry without seeing the reviews. I have to throw the pack and make my own powder at home. Lesson learnt don't buy powders with vendors at Amazon. Make your own it's worth the effort.
