The product name mentions Kashmir Chilli. But I purchased this and used in dishes and found it is the normal chilli and not the authentic Kashmir chilli.They are taking extra money of the costlier Kashmir Chilli and supplying the less priced normal chilli.Dont buy this product ever.

FIne powder.Nice aroma.Nice colour.Not hot.Kashmiri mirch is used to colour food and give aroma of mirch but at the same avoid hotness of mirch.This product is good and this product passes bench mark very swiftly !! Without any issue.I have used other Ciba product and all are good.Why one less star ?Well because shipping charge is too much.

But you don't feel it and powder is almost dry. Mustard oil is a natural ingredient added to spices as a preservative.* Thanks to Amazon we are able to get items from all over India with ease. These company is from Alwar Rajasthan and Chilli ingredients from Kashmir. I wish seller joins or adds their products to the Amazon Prime shipping so that we don't have to pay extra for shipping. Otherwise happy with the purchase.
