It doesnt enhance the taste but changes it to bad side.the oomph you should get flips to wtf did I just added.My verdict of this product would be that it is a fake product and has 0 umami factor.Don't add this to your dishes or you will be ashamed of your cooking.

This is just a cheap product,IDK what's wrong with it,but it doesn't taste like MSG,tastes like table salt mixed with some other things, IDK,doesn't have any umami flavour which it supposed to have,why so many people are rating this product good,I have no idea,maybe you people haven't tasted original Ajinomoto.A big letdown.
