Great taste....easy to make ......A one pot meal .....everything required is provided ......you just have to add mutton or chicken as per your choice ....Great for beginners....bcoz the ratio proportion ....of spice mix n the grains ...pulses is appropriately provided .....all you have to do is check the quantity of water .....check for the consistency.......It is mild spicy ......so if you do not like spicy you can cut down on the spice mix or chat masala provided .....otherwise the whole packet is enough ....( not the chat masala.....that is for an extra kick or flavor)For a rich flavorful taste .....add double the meat or chicken ( boneless)and after pressure cooking ......mash everything with the back of a wooden laddle.....or a potato masher .....Garnish with caramelized onions.....cilantro leaves....clarified butter lemon wedges or/ and chat masala....Hassle free ....easy to make ....one pot nutritious meal.....just wash ...mix ....sauté and pressure cook for around 45 mins on low heat ....and voila .....you have a steaming hot ....nutritious meal ready in minutes ......for the whole family .....The exact ratio proportion of ingredients provided makes it a great choice .....highly recommended to have a few of these in your pantry ...
