Masala mix was as expected. Not too 5 star restaurant type but still satisfactory for my taste buds and not to mention the ease and significant reduction in preparation time if you were to ground all the spices yourself.Tasted good but i believe you should be careful when adding sugar, too much sugar can ruin the dish Balance spiciness with sweetness as per your taste and i added extra 2 cup water and heated it to a thick gravy otherwise the proprietary recipe would leave you with little to none gravy and i love the gravy, tastes good with basmati rice..*Happy Cooking!*
