Tea Mix Recipe: Indian Masala Chai ( Classic Tea ) You need : 3 Classic Tea bags4 cups water 1/3 inch cinnamon stick1 inch piece of ginger root cut into 4 slices 1/2 tsp cardamom seeds1/2 tsp black peppercorns 1/2 tsp whole cloves1tsp whole coriander seeds1 cup milk honey or sweetener to taste Method : Bring water to boil in a saucepan . Add spices cover and simmer 10 minutes . Add tea bags and steep 10 minutes . Add milk and heat to drinking temperature - do not boil . Strain mixture through a cheesecloth or cotton dish towel . Serve with honey or other sweetener to taste. I just loved it.. Nothing much to say. Just By opening the packet u will get that Aroma, flavour & everything of masala tea. Don't think twice, trust me, Just go for it U won't regret. Only thing is U may need 2 tea bag for one single person or to make 1 cup of masala chai, otherwise u won't get that taste or feel. Dats it
