Firstly, this is not "Rich in protein" or "high protein". Out of 10g serving, 3g are protein. "High/rich in protein" actually means the protein level should be MINIMUM 60%, that is, to call this as "high protein", out of 10g the protein content should have been MINIMUM 6-7g.For weight loss, total carbohydrate content should be lower than protein content. Here, out of 10g serving, you have 4g carbs + 2g sugars i. e. a total of 6g carbs in 10g serving (60% of carbs).So the reality is, carbs - 60%, protein 30%, which should be carbs - 30%, protein 60%, for weight loss. Surely, not guilt free, as it will ADD weight instead of losing it.P. S. food is never guilty/free of guilt, it's food, it doesn't have feelings to feel "guilt free". What nonsense.

So, I ordered Hazelnut, I got 1 ORANGE, 1 PEANUT BUTTER and 1 hazelnut. Also two of them were in the packet shown with zip lock. But the third one (hazelnut) was in a cylindrical cardboard container. It looked as though it was not genuine. Taste was also not at all good. There are other better brands, DO NOT GO for this one.
