Frying Directions In Oil : For best results don't fry too many of them at once and have a wire basket ready to quickly remove them from the hot oil. Heat oil to medium hot taking care that fumes are not emitted. If oil is excess hot the meat contents inside the crackers will be burnt which spoils the taste.
