This is a great LIGHT soy sauce. While it is sold as dark soy sauce, the flavour and thickness is really that of a light soy sauce. I actually wanted a light sauce but during the lockdown could not find one that could be delivered so got this dark one instead and was pleasantly surprised. It’s a quality issue for the brand but works for my needs right now.
