The tomatoes taste fine, better than the local tomatoes we get here. They work well for Italian dishes. The problem is that they are incredibly acidic. Even after adding a lot of sugar, they were still very acidic. Not sure if that's because I kept them at room temperature in hot weather.Would rate it 3.5/5
