Love this preparation. They deliver what they promise. No oil, no preservatives, not very salty, balanced flavors...actually a little on the lighter side only. There's so much to love about this achaar.... I'm glad I discovered it. Such a fresh change from the usual super tacky ready-made pickles. Found it cost effective too.
