Just add 600 ml (4 cups) of boiling water to complete content of a pack mix well and close it with a lid and keep it for about 4-5 mins. Your instant sambar is ready. Alternatively you may mix water and boil it for 4-5 mins on low flame. Your delicious sambar is ready in an instant. The product is oil free. Great for health conscious and people of all age groups.
