After decades of cooking Italian red sauce, including a year in Italy, I'm picky about quality. These are the real thing. I did a taste test with another leading Italian 'premium' labelled brand on Amazon. Urban Platter has more flavor and seemed less watery. Price is also slightly less than that one, but quality is most important regardless.

It has a very nice sweet flavour of its own and goes really well with Napoletana Pizzas especially when infused with basil and olive oil but one can use it as it is as well. Although quite expensive for 200gm but since it is imported one could expect such a price tag.I was bit skeptical before buying as I was not sure how much time the tomatoes would be good for . But luckily the one sent to me was good to go till late 2022.
