Even if you get the raw ingredients and make it yourself, it won’t cost that much.It’s completely keto friendly which is a good thing!For those complaining about the high carbs, please understand it’s the dietary fibre (insoluble with no dietary value) that is high. This kind of fibre carb CANNOT EVER increase insulin nor affect the blood sugar levels.Ingredients are pretty transparent. I believe per package, the net carbs are not more than 8g or even less.It’s just the cost that’s not customer friendly but I’m glad there are keto noodles available finally in the Indian market!Hope this helps!Mrs. Steele
