Firstly, if you are expecting an zero calorie identical substitute for noodles then you will be disappointed. On the other hand if you are open to a product that mimics noodles and does an ok job of it, plus has no calories then you can adjust to it's texture. I made a simple pasta with ragu sauce and it wasn't bad at all. It was somewhat rubbery and it forced me to chew a lot more than usual but this too is a good habit i think I need to incorporate into all my meals. One thing that is very necessary is to drain the noodles, wash them thoroughly and then dry roast in a pan for 10/15 mins on high heat till they start squeaking (they won't burn )This lessens the rubbery texture.After this process you can then prepare them in any way you like. It is an acceptable alternative to normal noodles and if the Japanese (who are the healthiest race in the world) can eat them...well so can everybody. !!!

Product is as per description. There is no taste (which is a good thing) as you can mix sauce of your choice. However what would disappoint you the most is quantity. It says 270 grams, but don't be fooled, as most of the weight is due to the liquid which is filled inside. You need to drain the liquid and take out the noodles. Quantity of noodles is less then what you would get it you were to cook one packet of Maggie noodles.Considering you pay 150 to 185 rupees for just one packet, quantity provided is really really small.You would be better of spending the same money in Tofu, mushroom and veggies. Make a nice stir fry. You would be much more happy, satisfied and full.

I ordered a combo pack of 3, one was absolute mush the other two held their shape fine. Great for low cal noodle replacement. Noodles don't taste like much, which is to be expected of a food that boasts 9 KCal per 100 grams.If you're going to use these noodles then use them in heavily sauced recipes to compensate for the bland flavour of the noodles, also avoid broths as the noodles don't actually take in any of the broth flavour.3/5 only because I got two packets of noodles and one packet of mush

The worst thing I ever brought. It does not look like noodles. They were tiny broken pieces could not find any long string. It did not look like noodles. It looked like rice paste nothing else. I suggest no one should buy it is equivalent to draining ur money. I would not like to give any star but I did not see any option for that, zero stars for this product
