Advantages

Been my standard breakfast for many months..is a good health food since it's made out of millet which has really come back in fashion. Is somewhat expensive to buy when it's at full price though it comes down substantially during sales. Has been out of stock quite a lot recently so I'm starting to think it has been discontinued which is quite a pity. Though it says 6 servings on the box, I get about 3 and a half so the definition of servings obviously differs:-)

This is a light, high quality meal that will appeal to all.It looks like upma when you make it (not quite like the image on the box- but this is the only thing you will need to adjust to).Preparation: Add mix to 3 times boiling water and boil on medium flame. But keep stirring constantly- just like you make upma. Else a layer sticks to the bottom (this has sooji in it).Taste- It is NOT tasteless. It has a mild taste that should appeal to all. And rest assured, no acidity or stomach burns after eating this. You can add chutney powder, sugar, sauce, etc, to your taste (remember, it has the same texture as upma).Consumption- 1 cup of this is like 1 small pack noodles. So just enough. It is light and pleasant.Quality- I felt that everything is of high quality.Very convenient for students, bachelors/ bachelorettes. Much much better than the fried stuff they sell as noodles, or the acidity inducing masala oats.

It's nutrious but not at allntasty. Also it becomes like a paste if you don't eat it immediately and let it cool down which isn't very appetizing. I will stick to this brand though for now and will reorder as it's food ready in less than ten mins and easy to consume as well
