Iv been using wheat gluten of the other companies available on Amazon, I thought this one is charging premium rate so must be better than others, ordered it , used it thrice and realised that not worth the money, the cheaper one on Amazon is working well for me.

Used it to make whole wheat pizza and brown bread. Gave the bread a really soft spongy texture, without adding Vital Wheat Gluten, whole wheat breads usually end up hard after cooled down.

Well, we aren't baking experts so can't comment whether it's the best gluten available on Amazon. We bought this to use as an improver for whole wheat bread and it seems the gluten powder is doing its job. Without adding this, our whole wheat bread didn't rise well and the finished product was kinda hard. But, since we've been using this, the loaf rises well and the bread is way softer than before. We don't have any previous experience with gluten powder, so can't say whether there is any quality issues with the product as pointed out in some reviews.

After using this product for the very first time in my homemade bread, i suddenly developed allergy for all kinds of wheat products. Product didn't suit me and has changed my life thereafter in a difficult way. It may be my personal story alone, but it's better to do your research well before using such products in your food. Personally, i won't recommend it. Sorry.
