The flour has a horrendous smell which is not masked by cooking.Since this is a keto flour be ready to have effects of keto flu especially with such a carb rich Indian diet you might face very drastic side effects.I felt nauseous and have insomnia with night sweats which made me avoid eating food.The only way this flour made me lose weight was by making me nauseated all the time.I felt extremely tired and could not perform my usual routine properly.Please beware before you try this flour.
