Urban Platter is coming up with all sorts of spices and condiments but none of them are worth it. Just waiting our money all the time. It's not even next to Miso taste. Please don't be fooled by this. Miso doesn't even taste anything similar to what they are manufacturing. I've been to Japan and trust me it's hundred times better there. This one is just too sour and has no umami. Please don't purchase.
