I've been using this for half a year or so, and it was good in the beginning or so it seemed. Recently noticed that milk tastes sour, right when I open the package after delivery so i think this is due to manufacturing process. This sourness is a deal breaker for me as I add it to ragi kanji, and all that sour taste is a big turn off. If cooking or baking, this may not be as noticeable. I switched to COCO MAMA, made in Tamil Nadu, where I live, and its really good, no preservatives, only coconut cream and water.

This coconut milk tastes good but it's unnaturally thick. It is so thick that it stiffens if you whip it, like gelatin or loads of guar gum. The reported ingredients are just coconut milk and water, but this is not possible. As a minimum, it contains a lot of thickeners and very probably other unreported ingredients. What other chemicals are hidden in there???
