coconut Powder is made from dried coconut cake (o called meat). Coconut meat is the white firm inside part of the coconut. The milk is separated from the coconut meat to produce the dry "flour". Once the meat is strained & separated from the coconut's milk it is baked at a low temperature to dry it out and create a powdery flour made entirely out of coconut. This flour can be used for baking breads cakes making pancakes or in place of other similar products in cooking
