Excellent product. Gives a wonderful umami taste to anything you add it to. Healthy for b12 vitamin on top of that! Just a little goes a long way. Just remember that it is fortified with additional b12, not entirely natural. But I'm happy with this. My favourite additive for taste and health.

Urban Platter nutritional yeast flakes - Taste is good, but thats not what matters. I've bought this product for the Thiamine & Niacin that I'm assuming are natural & not fortified. On the jar it says that "All ingredients are produced by natural fermentation - not synthetic or animal sources" but on the front of the jar the label says " 100% vegan, non GMO & fortified". So what exactly is fortified? Thiamine & Niacin are the most important B-complex vitamins that are difficult to obtain in sufficient quantities from diet and thats why we are paying high price for nutritional yeast - to obtain these two vital vitamins in natural, bio available form. If these 2 ingredients are fortified, its like consuming sysnthetic vitamins & the purpose of nutritional yeast is defeated. The manufacturer should clarify whether the Thiamine & Niacin is wholly natural or partly synthetic.

The best Nutritional yeast i tried so far. I feel the results within half n hour or consuming this with my meal. Feel a lot more grounded , focussed and calm..it's a must source for healthy brain functioning.only issue is the cost. it's a bit costly. need to find the way to reduce cost.

Love this flaky cheesy tasting nutritional yeast. I use it with scrambled eggs, in soups and just about anything where I can sprinkle this on top. I also use it with burgers when I don’t want to add cheese but want a little cheesy flavour. This is a perfect addition to your condiment cabinet if you’re looking for healthy alternatives to high calorie products. 100% recommend.
