Product tastes good. It is good for ppl with animal milk allergy. But packaging is bad, both containers came in molten state. Earlier they used to send with gel forst packs, to avoid melting. Now they are not sending gel packs.

When I opened the cylindrical box, I found that all the chocolates were stuck together and they have formed a large chunk of chocolate - same size as the cylindrical box. The item, as described, was supposed to contain separate "button" shaped peices of chocolates. Now, when I want to eat some of the chocolate, I have to dig a spoon or a knife into the cylindrical box and then take out the chocolate in order to eat it.

Dealing with the chocolate became a headache as it was delivered as one bug mass of chocolate inside the jar. Would not order again. It’s better to buy chocolate bars and chop them up into pieces for baking.

The box came without ice pack and chocolate buttons had melted into one big blog of chocolate. I have bought these earlier and they taste great, but without ice pack in delivery they are no good.
