I don't understand why Urban Platter doesn't use better packaging for something so sensitive to moisture as lecithin powder. What I ended up receiving was a jar full of barely recognisable and entirely unusable brown jelly-like substance. A sheer waste of my money. The experience has served to put me off Urban Platter products for life.

I bought 2 bottles of this product. The first one tasted awful. The second bottle as yet unopened is discoloured. Its still well within the expiry date of 22-2-2020.

If urban platter is reading this pls pay attention. Im a chef and used to use this product regularly. But the last two batched weren't good at all. It solidifies in a week or two and stinks. The foam also starts emitting a bad odour. Pls pay attention or discontinue the product.
