The ingredient in the product is only natural chicory. I bought it for its inulin content. But Chicory root was supposed to be a little bitter. But your product is sweet. Why didn't you mention that you added sugar to it? Is it even pure chicory? Kindly respond.

Disclaimer says "May contain soya, wheat and nuts"If the ingrediant is Chicory root, then how come soya and wheat sneak into it?I consumed it for 3 days and I didn't notice any improvement in poop, something I do when I consume Psylium Husk powder.I don't know what they are selling in the white powder

This is an excellent prebiotic. Begin with 3 grams or less and take more only if you can tolerate it or you may experience gas. Initially you may experience diarrhoea so adjust dosage accordingly.
