good quality product especially for the health conscious who dont like Maida. Rather than pancakes, just mix this again with Sooji, some butter and dried fruits with a little oil or egg and cook in microwave for around 6 min on medium temperature, you get a cake with a gooey center.

I have been following a gluten-free diet, so finding gluten free products that are accessible and tasty is always a treat. These pancakes are very easy to make and taste absolutely delicious. You can add nutella, honey and fruits as toppings to make them even more scrumptious. The only downside is that this product is quite expensive for the quantity provided. Even though I really liked these pancakes, I won't be repurchasing due to the cost.
