A Unique design and best presentation Nd packing in so called pyramidical shaped tea bags , me being a tea person and after trying most of the Asian flavours, funally homed on to our traditional Masala chai but unfortunately this specific masala chai product is not even closer to that unique taste, leave aside the flavor and the scent. you do whatever like infusing it for 3-4 minutes or use 2-3 bags in a cup to give it strong flavor atleast . It’s mild , it’s lacking the taste and yes costlier than tetleys, waghbakri and Taj . Can be recommended to for gifting purposes or may be in high end hotels fir presentation purpose seeing the best of the packing material used but not for traditional tea lovers. I agree taste is personal and it differs from north to south India. But masala chai for a common Indian means strong tea with desi milk , ginger-cardomom- masala taste with appropriate quantity and sugar. One sip of masala tea and u have your day. But this Punjabi one is not even close to it.
