Yes the Kairi ( raw mango) is well dried . There is enough Jeera and Salt added too.However the Kairi used to make this is absolutely tasteless. It has no Kairi taste whatsoever..zero tangyness .Feels like eating a cardboard paper. The makers should pay attention to such details as about what kind of mangos to be used in making this as that's the point of making jeera kairi or spicy kairi.
