Hi, I've been a customer for Farm Naturelle's A2 Ghee for past 2 years after I shifted from KAPIVA A2 ghee years ago. I was quite satisfied with the quality of this Ghee but the last bottle (my 5th order) was totally unsatisfying. The quality and aroma was complely different from the previous 4 bottles. The expiry date was ok. I think the quality has been altered in recent batches.

This is the 7th time purchase of this item for me. But , unfortunately today I was shocked while unpacking. The aluminum foil seal was missing and the oil was leaked all over the wrapper around the glass bottle. Ghee volume also was reduced. Outer pack was in good condition. It was about to fell , fortunately I was doing it on a table and escaped. It has given a strong message to the seller: BE DOUBLE CAREFUL WHEN PACKING A GLASS BOTTLE THAT TOO OIL ITEMS.
