There is hardly any flavor of cardamom..you really need to make a very small cup if you want to get any flavor...otherwise use 2 packs..not worth it..low sugar too..maybe they can promote it as a watery tea for diabetics

I am regular user of the cardamom tea premix with regular sugar...which is our favourite. It has 8.88 gm sugar per 100 ml..that is one serving. This low sugar variety has 3.07 gm per 100 ml. Taste wise the low sugar variety tastes totally sugarless. There is no hint of sweetness. It melts completely in hot water. No residues. Good option for diabetics during traveling. But if it tastes sugarless....then is there any point in consuming the 3 gm sugar ? I would prefer the sugar variety. I don't feel that consuming 5 GM's extra would make me I'll.
