It has Bajra, which is good for cold climate and the pumpkin seeds add taste to it. Not sweet so your child might not prefer it in beginning but cook it well and add red salt if necessart to add taste. Very light on tummy and my daughter has regulated bowel movement. There is another barley variant, but not tried it as I feel it's too early. My daughter has been eating it since 9 months.

I really liked ragi almonds and dates it's my son's favorite, later came across this bajra and pumpkin seeds bought it and felt very disappointed he dint liked it at all even after cooked it is tasting raw.

Too good..Must buy for those lazy days..my 9 month old loves it...I started using this after 6 months for my son...Do add dry dates powder from the same company to enhance the taste...Or else it tastes bland..Very easy to make..I also add fresh vegetables to it and puree it for added flavour..
