First off, it's not a 1 minute timer.....3 minutes later sand was still emptying....so don't buy it to use as a real timer....buy it for decorative purposes only.

It started falling apart just a little after a month of use. The ends came unglued and fell off, and now the stands are falling off as well. See pics. Also, sometimes the sand just stops flowing. I don't know why, it just seems to stop for no reason. It happens less than half the time, but it's still enough that I have to watch for it constantly.
