I had purchased a Prestige Milk Cooker through Amazon. When the product was received initially, both sides handles which were in a separate plastic packet, were in 5-6 pieces. I requested for a replacement which i got in some days. When i was trying to fix the handle with a screwdriver ????, it got broken. I fixed other handle but that too came off in 4-5 days. Worst, whistle which we are supposed to open everyday to fill water, broke with the bolt coming out of the whistle. This is the product from a Brand " Prestige", a ttk Group company. Absolute bad quality. I hope someone tells the Management and corrective steps are taken.

two 500 ml pouches amount to only 1 liter but this so called 2 liter cooker fills to the brim with just 1 liter! Amazed at how this is actually cheating! Too small for even one liter milk!! Fills up so much to brim that there is no place for froth while reaching boiling

The first thing before you get to use this product, you have to watch a video on HOW to use it. You have to remove the whistle blower, add a cup of water through the funnel, tighten the whistle blower. Add the milk and heat it. Worst thing I must say, the whistle makes a terrible noise which is not at all soothing to the ears. However, I find it useful for double boiling fresh cow milk. Anyway, back to the procedure... once the whistle stops making that terrible cooing, you have to switch off the flame. And one more thing... kindly do not use this product for people with problems related to migraine!
