The water never used toove from top container to below one if kept tightly on the bottom one (how this should work). Initially thought some problem with the Lavaza coffee itself. But then foundy earlier coffee maker and the same coffe powder worked perfectly with the same.So to use this one, you need to keep an air gap when fitting the top filter pot on the bottom one

The product I received had an undersized tamper disc (the removable circular disc with a handle welded onto it). This means that the tamper disc does not cover the entire internal diameter of the filter. So when you put hot water into your filter, coffee beans will flow from below the tamper to above it around the tamper, so the decoction you get below is very dilute, and totally not what you expect from a coffee filter.
