Once upon a time this was a reputed company. Any one could buy something from Borosil stress free , even if they looked really fragile .My last few experiences with this brand has made me realise that they no longer take pains in ensuring the quality is the same as it used to be .Everything I have purchased from them recently either comes broken or breaks easily .I ordered a same carafe like this one but it arrived broken broken so Returned it & bought the same from this seller , unfortunately this one also broke during the 2nd use . My old carafe lasted me for many many years & it looked even more fragile that this one but was so damn sturdy . That’s what I meant about the company compromising on the quality.I’m highly disappointed as I have loved Borosil ,but not anymore unless they wish to correct their mistakes & not compromise on the quality.

This is the third carafe I have used in the last 6 months.The first was bought many years ago and lasted about 6 months .I started it using it after many years.After that Cracked I bought my second one on Amazon which didn't last for even a month. Bought on 1.3.2021The third one I bought on 19.4.2021cracked after two months.I shall certainly never ever buy Borosil Products especially the ones used on the gas stove and I shall never recommend them to anyone.Its a complete rip off.

have put the cup in micro with 1 mins and after taking out. It immediately broke like this!!! I always knew that we can put borosil in microwave even can heat. But in 1 mins only it broke!!!! Negative rating. I had to give one as without rating my feedback would not get posted!!! Most disgusting buy!!
