It is a poor quality pyroduct & unable to keep hot tea or coffee more than 15 minutes. Now what should I do to exchange this product without any packet & box of amazon as I thrown away the original packets? Is it possible to exchange the flask ? Flask has no glass coating. I don't want to use this type of milton flask. I have lost my money Rs.788/- is not it ?

Dissatisfied with the Product-The image shown in product gallery, the opening seems to be okay but actual product the opening is too narrow, so cleaning issue arises and the Representative has a doubt for DISH WASHER SAFE, as such I go for return bcoz the product was RETURNABLE when I bought for 1044/- but now it’s non-returnable with price 991/-??Very much dissatisfied with Amazon policy, I am regular customer for Amazon still not getting justice, I request all to keep photo image of their conditions to saw them when need arises
