Great looking product and design aside, I had to eventually return the product due to at least one damaged component.The packaging on the product is so bad that even after 3 replacements at least one component of the product was broken.Additionally the delivery boys and their supervisors insist on returning the full package and not just replace the broken item.I had one quarter plate broken in the first one and the serving bowl broken in the second. If the delivery boy could replace just one component from either my problem would be solved. But neither him nor his supervisor were empowered to do that.
