After much effort we finally got our order delivered but the pan was not waht is expected from such a brand. It's dented, the lid doesn't fit due to the mishaping of the pan and the handle is loose. Maybe it's with the Wonderchef products on Amazon. They probably retail seconds since the pan we got from the Mall doesn't have these problems.
