I was experienced it as very dangerous, thank God!! It is giving shock when I put the cooker bowl on the cooking plane. I was bit frightened. The product suppliers should test and check before packing and shipping this kind of electric items for safety measurements. Please take some safety checks before delivering these electric items to the end users or consumers.

The cooker does its job of making rice. But there is an issue. It almost always leaves brown spots and makes the lower layer of rice stick at the bottom. This happens despite using 2.5cups of water for 1 cup of rice.

Worst product Don't buy it , and Amazon services also worst ,I placed 4 times return every customer executive says its my responsibility for return and refund. But still now the return is not yet processed. I feel that 1 rating given by me is also waste for both product and Amazon services.
