In detail my review : About 8 inch cast iron Rock Tawa skillet with cast iron lid1 st time ordered it. Received skillet with broken/ damaged handle ear . So I returned it. ( See pictures uploaded here .I have doodled anddrawn ear handle of skillet in orange color, to show it should have been there but it's not. It's missing/ broken. )2 nd time , after few days ordered again. They sent me with lid handle not proper the cast iron lid had deep dent in outside this ordered replacement.The replacement arrived. This time they sent me skillet with appam tawa instead of it's lid. ( Appam tawa also had holes in it , not smooth surface.) I'm returning it ofcourse. ( See photos of skillet given with appam tawa instead of lid ....I'm attaching here )I had messaged Rock Tawa team via Amazon chat about issue. They said we can send you replacement. I told them my return pick up for replacement is scheduled tomorrow via Amazon. Then they said " let it be. Order again from Amazon n if any defect they we can send you replacement."I told them you can tell me to cancel my return scheduled tomorrow, I can inform so to Amazon and you can directly send replacement to my house. I'm sorry , I'm not going to order it again , I mean 3 times I've ordered it including replacement, no use , they can't send me one good quality piece. No reply after that from them . They don't seem bothered.So please if you want order the above product then order at your own risk. I'd advice don't order this product. Save your money , time and energy. It's not good quality product or may be they don't have good quality pieces and they don't want to help you. Atleast Amazon has 10 days return window and Amazon gives you refund amount paid, back to you after we return product.

Got it yesterday. Cleaned and seasoned it with onions and made veg roast today... tastes yummy ..... great product! ... my third purchase from Rock, All are super products.
