This product is not non stick. You can't make practically anything on this. Can't even stir fry veggies or paratha nothing.I believe it's a duplicate product. I have other frying pans which are less than half this price but and the perform much better than this. I regret buying this product

The quality control at Hawkins seems to be a serious issue for me. When the pan arrived, it had thick coating of white dust inside, and the surface seemed scruffy to even work as a nonstick. I sent it back right away.
